GUIDELINES & POLICIES
Arrival Time: We respectfully ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service time in order to thoroughly enjoy your experience. We ask that New Clients arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to check-in and complete new client paperwork.
Late Arrivals: Late Arrivals will result in a shortened service time, at scheduled service cost. Appointments will end at their scheduled time so that our next guest will not be delayed.
Cancellation Policy: It is our goal to honour both our clients and our service providers. We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all treatments. Rescheduling after the respective cancellation notice, will result in a $100 fee. Cancelling the appointment day of the scheduled reservation will also be a $100 fee. No appointments will be taken until outstanding fees are paid.
No Show Policy: We understand that life happens, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know that you will not be able to make it, which will enable you to either cancel or reschedule. No Shows - $200 fee per service. We are sorry to have missed you. No appointments will be taken until outstanding fees are paid.
From 3rd No Show: You will no longer be able to reserve a service at Skinique. We still missed you, but our providers have been waiting. We recognise the time of our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Please understand when you miss an appointment with us, clients currently on our waiting list have also missed the opportunity to have an appointment, and we have lost the opportunity to fill that time slot whereby losing we not only lose your business.
Notifications: As a courtesy, we send email confirmation and two reminders prior to your appointment. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. We do not call for reminders.
Children/Minors: Children 10 years of age and under are not permitted in the clinic. Minors ages 11 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult. A parent or guardian's signature is required for anyone receiving services under the age of 18. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
